For the Opp. Party : A.P.P ------- 02/30.03.2026 Heard Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.I.D. P.S. Case No.08 of 2024. It has been alleged that two miscreants had entered into the office of Jai Ambe Road Lines Pvt. Ltd. and threatened the informant as to why the work has not been stopped. The miscreants had left after firing in the air. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been implicated on the confession of co-accused. It has been submitted that there are no other materials against the petitioner, save and except the confession of the co-accused. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2025. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents. However, considering the manner of implication of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-XVIII, Ranchi in connection with C.I.D.
