3. Learned Advocate appearing for the respondents draws the attention of the Court to the order impugned. He submits that, the writ petition was disposed of with a direction upon the authority to return the goods in terms of the order of the appellate authority. He refers to an order dated July 15, 2025 issued by the Assistant Commissioner and submits that, the goods and conveyance were released on March 17, 2025.
4. In view of the order impugned being complied with, as noted above, we find no ground to keep the appeal pending.
5. MAT 6 of 2026 along with connected application stands disposed of without any order as to costs.
