Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that although, there has been alleged recovery of 2975 bottles of phensedyl in the present case but there has been no recovery from the present petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the recovery is from a vehicle and all the persons in the vehicle fled away. Additionally, it has been submitted so far as the present petitioner is concerned, there are 12 criminal cases against the present petitioner. Considering the antecedents of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to release the present petitioner on bail. 2 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1308 of 2026 is rejected. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
