O R D E R 04-05-2026 Present Mr. S. Rupachandra, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Royal Ray Salam, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. B. Kirankumar, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. L. Anand, learned senior counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 4; Mr. K. Satyajeet, learned counsel for respondent No. 5; and Mr. Nongdamba N., learned counsel for respondent No. 3. Mr. B. Kirankumar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 4 has produced an order dated 31-03-2026 passed by the Director (CAF&PD), Manipur disposing of the representation submitted by the petitioner and submits that by this subsequent order, the cause of the contempt petition does not survive as the representation has been disposed of and the contempt petition may be closed. Mr. S. Rupachandra, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order dated 31-03-2026 issued by the Director (CAF&PD), Manipur. The order dated 31-03-2026 is taken on record. In the circumstances, the contempt petition is closed reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent order dated 31-03-2026 as per law, if so advised.
