Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent. 2. This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioners, namely, (i) Manik Ali and (ii) Safikul Islam, who are apprehending arrest in connection with Kachumara P.S. Case No. 07/2026 registered under Sections 61(2)/103(1) of BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Kachumara P.S. Case No. 07/2026 vide Charge-Sheet No. 9/2026 dated 23.03.2026. 4. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to approach the learned Trial Court for their regular bail in said Kachumara P.S.
