Any other relief which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit, in the interest of justice. 2. This case has been listed today to refer the matter to the mediation, but having considered the issue involved in the case, it appears from the contention of learned counsel for the parties that subject land of the instant petition has been acquired under the Coal Bearing Area (Acquisition and Development), Act, 1957 and compensation has also been deposited by the SECL. Learned counsel for both the parties further stated that title dispute is already pending between the petitioners and private respondents in SA 4 No.694/2017 (Shyamlal & Ors. Vs. Gulab Singh & Ors.) before this High Court. Thus, if subject land of the suit property has already been acquired and compensation has been deposited, then, it seems that there is dispute between the parties with regard to apportionment of the compensation amount. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submits that the amount of compensation has been deposited in the names of private respondents, but the same has not been disbursed, therefore, relief sought for by the petitioners is that the amount of compensation ought not be disbursed to respondents No.6 to 28, till the disposal of the second appeal. 4. Having considered the aforesaid contention raised by learned counsel for the parties, it is evident that there is already second appeal pending consideration before this Court, pertaining to same subject land, to which amount of compensation has been deposited by SECL. So far as the matter of restraining private respondents No.6 to 28 from receiving the amount of compensation, the petitioners can raise this issue before the Court which is considering the second appeal, as title dispute is already pending between the parties. 5. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to raise their grievances before the second appellate Court. 6.
