Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that Similarly placed accused person has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 746 of 2026. The said order also reflects that another accused has been granted bail. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that since other accused person has been granted bail, the petitioner be also released on bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail. There is a direction on 20.04.2026 by this Court wherein it was specifically directed that petitioner would be released on bail after the stage of consideration of charges is completed by the learned Trial Court. So there is already a direction of this Court which do not call for further interference. Learned Trial Court would comply with the same after the appropriate stage is over. No interference is 2 called for in respect of altering the earlier order passed by this Court on 20.04.2026 in CRM (NDPS) 670 of 2026. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1253 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
