Vishal Kumar Ms. Rima Banerjee ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused person namely, Asgar Ali Molla in CRM (NDPS) 728 of 2026. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that the present petitioner is not similarly situated as the accused person namely, Asgar Ali Molla who has been granted bail. Having considered the overall circumstances of the present case, I am inclined to extend the same benefit to the present petitioner. As such, present petitioner namely, Konika Roy be released on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed in CRM (NDPS) 728 of 2026. 2 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1315 of 2026 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
