Mr. Anish Banshtu, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents. 2. In view of the prayer made in the writ petition, no reply is intended to be called for from the respondents. 3. The precise grievance of the petitioner is that he has made a representation dated 09.01.2026, vide Annexure P-6, seeking his transfer due to the fact that he is to superannuate on 30.06.2027. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 4. The petitioner is serving at the present place of posting i.e. G.S.S.S. Bani Materni, District Solan, H.P., w.e.f. 17th September, 2022 and has completed his normal tenure at the present place of posting. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the judgment dated 17.11.2023 passed in CWP No. 9028 of 2023 (Annexure P- 9), wherein the issue pertaining to Class-I Officers was also considered for transfer. 6. Keeping in view the aforesaid decision passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, the prayer made by the petitioner also deserves to be accepted. 7. Accordingly, respondent No. 1 is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 09.01.2026 (Annexure P-6) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from today. However, before deciding the representation, the petitioner may be heard and any additional facts, if submitted by him, shall also be considered by the competent authority. 8. The petition is accordingly disposed of. CMP No. 2211 of 2026 9.
