The present writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: “(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction to the Respondents for arresting the all accused persons in Kako P.S. Case No. 406 of 2025 dated 06.11.2025 registered under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 74 and 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023. (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction to the respondent to take legal action up on the authority who has not arrested the accused persons with the collusion of accused person. WJC No.535 of 2026(2) dt.13-08-2026 2/2 (iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction to granting any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled.” 3.
