Relevant extract of the said letter/order dated 08.07.2026 reads as follows:- “ Reference your complaint dated 25.09.2025 regarding Mrs. Ripjot Kaur, Principal, GMSSS-27, Chandigarh, as well as the subsequent correspondence and comments received from the District Education Officer, Chandigarh. The matter has been examined at length in the Department. It is informed that the complaint was earlier examined by the District Education Officer, Chandigarh, who observed that the issues raised therein pertain primarily to private business and property disputes between you and Mrs. Ripjot Kaur in her personal capacity, and do not relate to her official duties or conduct in the functioning of the school. The available material does not establish any service-related misconduct or breach of rules in the official discharge of her duties. It is further informed that Mrs. Ripjot Kaur has already retired from government service on 28.02.2026 on attained the age of superannuation. At the time of her retirement, no department dues or disciplinary proceedings were pending against her. Further, the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, in CWP No.5988 of 2026, titled Jasdeep Singh Nagpal vs. UT Chandigarh and Ors., disposed of the petition vide order dated 16.04.2026. In view of the above, and as the matter pertains to private/civil disputes not warranting departmental action, the complaint stands files/closed at the departmental level.” 3.
