P.P. …...... 04/ 30.03.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Section 65(2) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 376AB of IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCS) Act. 2. Heard, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. As per the status report sent by the learned Trial Court, I find that all the witnesses have been examined in this case. 5. Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Special POCSO Case No.37 of 2025, arising out of Giddi P.S. Case No.15 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-Cum Special Judge under POCSO Act, Hazaribag, stands rejected. 6. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. 7.
