And In the matter of : Hajikul Sk @ Sourav Ali ……Petitioner. Mr. Arnab Saha ……for the Petitioner. Mr. L. Vishal Kumar Mr. Amartya Mohan Bhattacharyya ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the recovery in the present case is 2.41 Kgs. of Brown Sugar and 597 Gms. of Crude Opium. Learned advocate intends to emphasize on the Chemical Examiner’s Report. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner was operating a racket with the other accused persons and as such the person who has been named by the present petitioner recovery has been effected by the investigating agency. Having considered the complicity of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 2 Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1301 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
