Mr. Rababrata Mondal, Ms. Riya Ballav ….for the State. 1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner placing reliance on the decree passed on a partition suit being Title Suit No. 157 of 2021 dated 28th August, 2025 prays for direction upon the concerned police authorities to protect the share of the petitioner as declared by the civil court in the preliminary decree. 3. State respondents are represented by learned advocates. 4. However, in spite of service of notice private respondents are not represented. 5. Learned advocate representing the State respondents has submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is civil in nature requiring the petitioner to approach appropriate forum. 6. Vide decree dated 28th August, 2025 plaintiff being the petitioner herein was found to be entitled to a portion of a land whereas defendant no.1 was also found to have right over another part of land. 7. If there is non-compliance of said preliminary decree dated 28th August, 2025 by the defendants therein being the respondents herein, in that event petitioner is required to approach the civil court in pursuit of remedy. 8. Hence, writ petition stands disposed of. 9. However, concerned police authority is directed to maintain peace and tranquility at the locale and to see no untoward incident takes place. 10.
