P.P. --- 02 / 30.03.2026 Heard Mr. Rahul Ranjan learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl. P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 133/2025. 3. It has been alleged that the petitioner and other miscreants were apprehended by the Police and from the possession of the petitioner one mobile and SIM cards were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cyber-crime. 4. It appears that one of the victims was cheated of Rs.3,000/- and the mobile which was used in commission of the said offence belonged to the petitioner. However, in view of the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted by the Police, the petitioner being in custody since 24.09.2025 and there being no antecedent against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S.
