Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for renewal of her anticipatory bail. Having considered the reasons assigned by the learned advocate, I find that there are no changes in factual circumstances of the case except certain technical issues. Records reflect that earlier on 11.09.2024 in CRM (A) 576 of 2024 the anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected. However, since at that stage the investigating agency was of the opinion that the case is under Sections 498A/302/304B of the Indian Penal Code and the charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 498A/304B/306 of the Indian Penal Code, I am of the view that in case petitioner surrenders before the learned trial 2 Court, the same be taken into account while considering the regular bail of the present petitioner. With the aforesaid observations CRM (A) 948 of 2025 is disposed of. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
