The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that she has electricity and water connections in her house situated at Village Nagari Gaon, Bhowali, District Nainital. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner has always been making deposits of electricity bills and water connection bills regularly except for the recent bills which have been annexed as annexure-1 to the writ petition, yet both the electricity and water connections have been disconnected by the respective respondents. 3. The petitioner undertakes to make payment of both the bills due, annexed as annexure-1 to the writ petition. The electricity due against the petitioner is Rs. 9,445/-, while the water tax/sewerage seat tax is Rs. 2026:UHC:2064 2 22,835/-. The petitioner shall pay these bills within fifteen days from today. 4. Purely in the humanitarian ground, respondents are directed to restore the electricity connection as well as the water connection immediately within 24 hours. This Court also directs the petitioner to deposit the aforesaid bills within fifteen days from today. If the petitioner fails to deposit the bills as referred above within fifteen days as per her undertaking given before this Court, the electricity connection as well as the water connection shall again be disconnected. 5.
