Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 8044 of 2025 at that stage. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that now charge has been framed against the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. It appears that the deceased died in unnatural circumstances within two months of her marriage with the petitioner. It also appears that prior to her death there was a demand of dowry of Rs. 2 lacs and a motorcycle. Regard being had to the aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
