Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the delay in lodging the FIR is of 13 days and he has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case.

I have taken into account the injury report as well as the statement of the injured. Having considered the same, I am not inclined to grant the relief as prayed for.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in CRM(A)931 of 2026 is dismissed.
