JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present petition is filed, seeking the following reliefs: "(i) Issue writ of Mandamus and direct the Trial Court to consider the applications-I.A.Nos.19 to 21 filed by the petitioners as Annexure-C in O.S.No.591/2012 which is pending before the XVIII ACC & SJ Bengaluru (CCH-10), before passing judgment in the interest of justice and equity; (ii) Issue a writ of Mandamus by directing the Trial Court to consider the admitted signatures of the parties and to refer the matter to the handwriting expert in the interest of justice and equity; and (iii) Granting any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court in the circumstances and expediency of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed I.A.Nos.19 to 21 in the month of December, 2025. So far, the Court has not considered the same. Hence, they are constrained to approach this Court. 3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is passing the following: - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35670 WP No. 18520 of 2026 ORDER i) The Trial Court is requested to dispose of I.A.Nos.19 to 21 in O.S.No.591/2012 as expeditiously as possible. ii) Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. iii) Pending I.As, in this petition shall stand closed. iv) This Court has not issued notice to the respondents as no adverse orders are passed against them.
