And In the matter of : Zaharul Alam ……Petitioner. Mr. Md. Wasim Akram Ms. Sabrina Parveen ……for the Petitioner. Mr. Sagar Saha Ms. Nayana Mukhopadhyay ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was no recovery from the present petitioner and the principal accused from whom the recovery has been made, has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1347 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Having considered the basis on which the other accused was granted bail, I am inclined to extend the same benefit to the present petitioner. Petitioner may be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as Md. Enamul Haque @ Enamul was granted in CRM (NDPS) 1347 of 2026. 2 Thus, CRM (NDPS) 1299 of 2026 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
