1. The petitioner is aggrieved as her application seeking transfer stood rejected by the authority. It appears that the rejection was made in the year 2021.
2. Considerable period of time has elapsed from the date of her application being rejected by the authority and there may have been change in the circumstances in the meantime.
3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to file a fresh application seeking transfer in accordance with law in the online mode.
4. In the event the online mode is non-functional, then the petitioner may file her application in the prescribed format in the offline mode.

5. If such application is made, it shall be considered by the authority strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from filing of the application.
6. The fate of the application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
7. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay.
8. The writ petition stands disposed of.
9. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
