The main grievance which propelled the present petitioner to approach this Court by casting instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is the indolent and lackadaisical approach of the authority concerned, in not deciding her representation dated 02.07.2026 (Annexure P-10). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied, in case a mandamus is passed upon respondents, to take a final decision on her representation (supra), in a time bound manner. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel, who is present in Court, on an advance notice, submits that he has no objection, if the aforesaid direction is passed upon the respondent authorities. In view of the above and considering the prayer, as made by learned counsel for the petitioner, being innocuous and bona fide, this Court, without observing anything on merits of the instant case, directs the respondents, to take a final decision on the representation dated 02.07.2026 (Annexure P-10), by passing a speaking order, after giving a due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5. In case the representation (supra), is not decided within the stipulated time period, the petitioner would be at liberty to get the instant petition revived, by filing an apposite application. 6.
