Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Lelimthing P. Yimchunger. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant/petitioner has filed COP(C)/1/2026 on 14.01.2026 and the same is pending before this Court. At the time of filing the COP(C)/1/2026, the respondent no. 2, Shri Rovilatuo Mor, IAS was holding the post of Commissioner, Nagaland. However during the pendency of the contempt petition, the respondent no. 2 has been transferred out and the new incumbent is now Shri Gregory Thejanwelie. Therefore, it has become necessary to implead the new incumbent as respondent no. 6 in COP(C)/1/2026. 4. The Court has considered the prayer of the applicant and the petition is allowed. The applicant shall file an amended Cause Title showing the name of Shri Gregory Thejanwelie as respondent no. 6 in the COP(C)/1/2026 and thereafter, take steps for service on the newly impleaded respondent no. 6 by way of Speed Post as well as usual process within a week. 5.
