Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that private respondent is creating disturbances as a result whereof right of the petitioner to cultivate the land in question is being disturbed. 3. Prayer is made in this writ petition for giving direction upon the concerned police authority to provide protection which would facilitate the petitioner to cultivate the land in question. 4. Learned advocate representing the respondent no.10 has disputed the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and it is submitted that petitioner does not have right to cultivate the land in question. 5. State respondents are represented by learned advocate who submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is civil in nature. [2] 6. In view of respective submissions made on behalf of the parties, it appears that petitioner and respondent no.10 are claiming their respective rights over the land in question and such issue ought not to be delved into by the police authority. 7. Hence, present writ petition is not interfered with and same stands dismissed. 8. Petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in pursuit of remedy. 9.
