In terms of the order dated 1st April, 2026, Officer-in- Charge, Gariahat Police Station, has filed a communication dated 21st July, 2026 and same is taken on record. Copy of the communication dated 21st July, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner. 2. In the said communication dated 21st July, 2026, steps taken by the Investigating Agency in Gariahat Police Station Case No.256 dated 29th November, 2025 are disclosed. Steps have been taken by the concerned police authorities to debit freeze certain bank accounts. 3. However, it further appears from the said communication that petitioner being the complainant has obtained order from the court below for transferring the disputed sum and such order was communicated to the respective banks. 2 4. In view of the aforesaid scenario, no further order need be passed in this petition and same stands disposed of. 5. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate in pursuit of remedy. 6.
