This C24 application has been filed with the prayer to transfer divorce suit no.85 of 2024, “Amit Chamoli Vs. Arti Chamoli”, pending before the Judge, Family Court Pauri, District Pauri Garhwal to the Family Court at Kotdwar or any competent Court at Kotdwar 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant travels from Kotdwar to her place of work at Gairsain; that, she has to take care of her six year old son; that, she has limited financial to sustain her as well as her six year old son, therefore, she is unable to join the proceedings at Pauri.. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has 1 2026:UHC:1736 filed short counter affidavit wherein respondent has stated that he has no objection if the divorce suit is transferred from Pauri to Kotdwar. 5. Accordingly, the instant C24 application is allowed. Thus, the divorce suit no.85 of 2024, “Amit Chamoli Vs. Arti Chamoli”, pending before the Judge, Family Court Pauri, District Pauri Garhwal is transferred to the Family Court at Kotdwar. 6. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand disposed of. 7.
