Petitioner has challenged these notices contained in Memo No.1421 dated 17.08.2022, Memo No.1557 dated 30.08.2022, Memo No.2530 dated 08.12.2022 and Memo No.08 dated 03.01.2023. 3. It has been admitted by the parties that the proceeding pursuant to the notice dated 17.08.2022, dated 30.08.2022 and dated 08.12.2022 has already been culminated. 4. So far as notice dated 03.01.2023 is concerned, he submits that there is no progress after the notice has been issued and no proceeding has been initiated. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission, since three proceedings have already been culminated, no order can be passed in respect of three notices. So far as Memo No.08 dated 03.01.2023 is concerned, since the respondents have not proceeded against the petitioner pursuant to the said notices, I am not inclined to pass any order. 6. If the respondents want to proceed, they will issue a fresh notice to the petitioner and it will be open to the petitioner to take all the grounds available to him when he reply to the said notice before the authority. 7.
