No. 46/2025 (Annexure-A) and the order dated 23.03.2026 (Annexure-B) passed by respondent No.2, inter alia, sought a direction to the respondents to restore M.R.No.25/2005-06. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and upon careful consideration of the order dated 15.07.2025 (Annexure-A) passed by respondent No.3, it is evident that the matter has been remitted to respondent No. 4 for fresh consideration. 4. In that view of the matter, I am of the considered view that, no interference is called for, as the matter is presently pending consideration before respondent No. 4.
