The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not undertaken Durast and Phodi work in respect of the land in question. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted representation vide Annexure- G series and same are pending consideration before the respondent-authorities. 3. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that applications seeking Durast and Phodi are required to be made through the designated online portal and that, upon such application being submitted, the same would be considered in accordance with law. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35623 WP No. 15208 of 2026 4. Having regard to the said submission, this Court is of the view that no direction as sought for can be issued at this stage, as the petitioner has not availed the prescribed statutory procedure by submitting an application through the online portal. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner is reserved liberty to submit an appropriate application through the designated online portal seeking Durast and Phodi work in respect of the land in question. If such an application is submitted, the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and take an appropriate decision within a reasonable period. 6.
