Upon careful consideration of the Endorsement dated 01.08.2025 at Annexure-C, it is evident that the application submitted by the petitioner has neither been rejected nor allowed by Respondent No. 2. 5. In that view of the matter, Respondent No. 2 is directed to re-consider the application submitted by the petitioner at Annexure-A and take a decision on the same, on its own merits, by passing an appropriate speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
