3. Factual position as recorded in the previous order is not disputed by the learned Addl. A.G., Haryana. However, he submits that the petitioner has since misused the concession again he is not entitled for concession for Anticipatory Bail. 4. I have considered the submissions and examined the record. 5. It appears that prayer made in the present petition is misconceived. Still, to avoid any multiplicity of litigation, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court again by filing a fresh petition, because it is noticed that on 09.02.2026, he moved an application for exemption due to his wife’s deteriorating health condition during her pregnancy period and that there was no one to take care of her, exemption was granted subject to cost of Rs.2000/-. However, again on 27.02.2026, petitioner could not appear before the Court and consequently, his bail was cancelled and warrants of arrest were issued. 6. In such a situation, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on or before 27.07.2026. In the event of his doing so, petitioner shall be admitted to interim bail by the Trial Court on his furnishing of bail/surety bonds to its satisfaction. 7. Accordingly, petition stands disposed of. 8. Pending misc. application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
