The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindy be pleased to call for records of Case No. 26/ID Act/2012/Reference, from Labour Court Rajnandgaon, C.G., in the ends of justice. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased setting-aside the award dated 21.11.2019 passed in Case No. 26/ID Act/2012/Reference (Annexure P/1) and further be pleased to allow the Statement of Claims filed by the petitioner, in the ends of justice. 2 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper be awarded in favour of the petitioner, including cost.” 2. At the outset, Mr. Siddharth Pandey submits that the sole petitioner died and the legal heirs of the petitioner are not interested in prosecuting this writ petition any further. 3. In the aforementioned facts of the case, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss this writ petition for want of prosecution. 4.
