Learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that this issue may be decided by Respondent No.1, in the light of Government Resolution dated 15th February, 2021. 3. Be that as it may, we direct Respondent No.1 to treat present petitions as representations and to decide the issue in the light of the above mentioned Government Resolution, in accordance with the law, within ten weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. Respondent No.1 is further directed to communicate the decision to the Petitioners within two weeks. 5.
