Notice. Mr. Sidharth Jalta, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the non-applicant/petitioner.
2. Vide judgment dated 01.01.2026, this Court had directed the applicant/respondent, in the petition, to furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court/learned trial Court, within four weeks which shall be e0ective for six months with stipulation that in the event of Special Leave Petition being 3led against this judgment, or on grant of the leave, the respondent/JCL, on receipt of notice thereof, shall appear before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
3. The
learned
counsel
for
the applicant/respondent submits that he could not comply with the directions contained in the judgment dated
01.01.2026 within four weeks. It has been averred in the application that the respondent could not arrange su9cient surety and due to this reason the direction passed by this Court in the judgment dated 01.01.2026 have not been complied with.
4. Keeping in view the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and the respondent is
directed to comply with the conditions enumerated in the
judgment dated 01.01.2026 within four weeks from today.
5. Application is accordingly disposed of.
