Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been no recovery from the present petitioner and the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of statement of co- accused. On the other hand, learned advocate for the State refers to CRM(A)4364 of 2025 wherein another accused similarly placed whose prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected as there were CDRs and money trail. According to the State, so far as the present petitioner is concerned, there are CDRs available. Having considered the overall circumstances including the directions passed in respect of the other accused, I am not 2 inclined to grant relief as prayed for. Thus, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in CRM(A)1753 of 2026 is dismissed.
