JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 4 18-08-2026 Heard Mr. Shashi Saurabh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Arya Achint, learned counsel for the respondent/s. 2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought, inter alia, the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "I. For fixation of pension and grant of the same at earlier on month to month basis as the petitioner got retired from office of Primary Health Centre, Tankuppa within the District Gaya on Patna High Court CWJC No.8029 of 2026(4) dt.18-08-2026 2/3 31.10.2001. II. The respondents particularly Rspondent No. 2 to 11 for grant of amount due to Earned Leave Encashment 300 working and remaining amount of General Provident Fund (G.P.F). Account No. JNB/EDN 0640 as contained in annexure - P/8. III. For payment of arrear of salary from 01.02.1986 to 15.12.1987 and for fixation of pension in appropriate scale and on the basis of last pay drawn by the petitioner. IV. For payment of arrear of difference of salary from March 2010 to October 2021 worth Rs. 28,56,180/- (Rupees Twenty eight lakh fifty six thousand one hundred eighty) accordingly to the circular of the State Government communicated through Memo No. 1773 at 02.04.2005 as contained in annexure - P/3). V. For payment of amount with regards to grade pay according to the Circular of the State, Government communicated through Memo No. 7433 dated 05.06.2018 (annexure - P/7) from the department of General Administration. VI. For grant of other relief/reliefs including extra ordinary interest and cost to the petitioner in the fact and circumstances." 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/s informs this Court that he has filed a detailed counter affidavit giving information particularly, in paragraphs no. 7 and 13 to 20 regarding payment of all the retiral dues under different heads to the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. I have perused the counter affidavit and I find that substantial amount of retiral benefits under different heads have been paid to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner that if any dues on account of any Patna High Court CWJC No.8029 of 2026(4) dt.18-08-2026 3/3 head still remains to be paid, he may file a detailed representation before the Civil Surgeon, Gaya.
