Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is lawfully carrying on a business as a supplier of medicines and vehicle has been intercepted. Petitioner happens to be driver of the vehicle. As such, he may be released on bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail not only in respect of 8000 bottles of Blurex-T cough syrup, but the fact that the author of the documents has denied such contention regarding order being placed. Be that as it may, this is a question of fact. The investigation of the case is still in progress. Having considered the same, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 2 The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1345 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
