By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to conduct demarcation of the land of the petitioner in khasra no.34//2. 2. The case of the petitioner is that respondent no.6 in order to encroach upon the land of the petitioner in khasra no.34//2 had extended the boundary of his field forcibly and in order to defeat the purpose of demarcation also filed civil suit seeking relief of permanent injunction against the petitioner. 3. Despite numerous communications to the Naib Tehsildar and concerned revenue authorities, land purchased by the petitioner is not being demarcated. 4. Notice of motion.
