The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents have not undertaken Durast and Phodi work in respect of the land in question. In this regard, the petitioners have submitted representation vide Annexure- A, dated 07.03.2026 and same is pending consideration before the respondent-authorities. 3. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that applications seeking Durast and Phodi are required to be made through the designated online portal and that, upon such application being submitted, the same would be considered in accordance with law. 4. Having regard to the said submission, this Court is of the view that no direction as sought for can be issued at this stage, as the petitioners have not availed the prescribed statutory procedure by submitting an application through the online portal. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35622 WP No. 12779 of 2026 5. Accordingly, the petitioners are reserved liberty to submit an appropriate application through the designated online portal seeking Durast and Phodi work in respect of the land in question. If such an application is submitted, the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and take an appropriate decision within a reasonable period. 6.
