The counsel appearing for the respective parties are absent. 2. On perusal of the records, it discloses that this Court suspended the sentence vide order dated 03.08.2024. When the matter was listed before this Court on 21.10.2024, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and on 08.11.2024, the petitioner’s counsel sought time. On 11.11.2024, the counsel for the petitioner submits that interim order is complied. Thus, directed to list the matter for admission in the second week of January, 2025. On 21.07.2025, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre so also on 29.01.2026, the matter was referred to the Special Mediation Drive and again on 17.06.2026, the matter was referred to the Lok-Adalath to be held on 11.07.2026 and the - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010469882024 NC: 2026:KHC:36657 CRL.RP No. 1096 of 2024 same is referred back to the Court stating that there is no possibility of settlement.
