The review applicant has not tried to understand that Airport Authority has no power/authority to detain any passenger. It is the Immigration Bureau which detains any passenger on account of alert issued by competent authority. This fact was noted in order dated 28.04.2026 and is duly corroborated by written statement filed by respondent. Despite the said fact, the applicant has filed the present review application. 3.
