Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 223 and 132 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case. It is further submitted that Gupteshwar Ram along with six others had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 17009 of 2026 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 08.04.2026. It is next submitted that case of the petitioner is similar to the case of Gupteshwar Ram and others. It is further submitted that even petitioner is a resident of a place nearby to the place of occurrence where the ruckus was being created. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48326 of 2026(2) dt.21-08-2026 2/2 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the order dated 08.04.2026 in Cr. Misc. No. 17009 of 2026, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS. 6. Accordingly, the application stands allowed. rajesh/- (Satyavrat Verma, J) U T
