The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to grant higher pay scale to the petitioner in view of the Kramonnati Scheme dated 17.03.1999 on completing 12 years of service on 22.01.1995 and grant benefit of Time Pay Scale by granting higher pay scale from 01.04.2006 on completing more than 10 years of service from 22.01.1995 in view of the Time Pay Scale scheme dated 24.08.2008 and grant benefit of higher pay scale from 01.04.2016 on completing 10 years of 2 service in view of Time Pay Scale dated 08.08.2018, with interest of 12% p.a. from the date of above benefit accrued to the petitioner in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant promotion to the petitioner from 21.01.2015 in the post of CMO Grade "B" with all consequential benefit and seniority by placing her over and above From Shri Gopal Rao Ransingh and Shri K. K. Harmukh. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to fix the salary/pay scale of petitioner after granting above benefits in time bound manner and fix the pension accordingly. 10.4 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including cost of the petition may kindly be awarded to the petitioner.” 2.
