The present Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking leave of this Court to file the review petition. 2. The petitioner is not a party in the writ proceedings in W.P.No.25132/2022. This Court has passed an order granting liberty to the writ petitioner to pursue the application filed by the petitioners which was pending before the Government. Therefore, it is for the Government to take a decision on merits and in accordance with law. Thus, the question of granting leave to the third party to review the order does not arise at all.
