Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 16.01.2023 by which the assignment of mid day meal allotted to the petitioner has been cancelled without there being any lawful reason, as such this petition has been filed. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that against the order AVINASH SHARMA Digitally signed by AVINASH SHARMA Date: 2026.07.25 10:31:03 +0530 2 passed by the respondent authorities, the petitioner is to approach before the concerned Collector as per circular dated 7.8.2012 issued by the State Government and the petitioner can very well get redressed their grievance. 3. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter that the matter is required to be considered by the Collector, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to approach before the concerned Collector while raising their grievance. At this stage, the petitioner is directed to approach before the Collector within 10 days. In turn, the Collector is directed to consider and decide the matter within 30 days from the date of approaching by the petitioner. 4.
