Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that in spite of making representation which was sent to concerned police authorities by speed-post on 13th May, 2026 till date no protection has been provided to the petitioner. On behalf of the petitioner prayer is made for directing concerned police authorities to take steps based on representation made on 13th May, 2026. 3. State respondents are represented by learned advocates. 4. From the submissions made on behalf of the State respondents, it appears that FIR is yet to be registered. In the event FIR is not registered, petitioner is required to approach jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) of BNSS, 2023. 5. Hence, writ petition stands dismissed. 6. However, concerned police authority is directed to maintain peace and tranquility at the locale and to see no untoward incident takes place. 7.
