The petitioner is an accused in connection with Goilkera P.S. Case No. 26/2025. 3. It has been alleged that the petitioner and his family members had abducted the daughter of the informant. In the 183 BNSS statement of the victim, she had stated that she was taken by the petitioner and two other persons to Chaibasa and thereafter to Ranchi. She was later on taken to her sister’s house and finally she was left at her village. 4. It appears from the 183 BNSS statement that there is no allegation of any sexual abuse. It further appears that there was a love affair between the victim and the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2025. 5. Regard being had to the above, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. at West Singhbhum, Chakradharpur-Chaibasa in connection with Goilkera P.S.
