The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 2 “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/direction to quash the impugned order dated 12.06.2018 (Annexure P/1), consequently the order dated 09.11.2017 (Annexure P/5) may also be quashed directing the respondent to give the entire service benefit to the petitioner with all consequential benefits. 10.2 Any other relief/reliefs which this Hon’ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, with cost of the petition, may also please be granted to the petitioner.” 2. Perusal of the records and order-sheets would show that, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 07.11.2025. 3. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even when the case is taken up for hearing in the second round. 4. In the aforementioned facts of the case, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss this writ petition for want of prosecution. 5.
