Therefore, the relief sought for by the revision petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. However, as on date, the Second Appeal in S.A.No.473 of 2025 is pending before this Court. The revision petitioner is permitted to put forth all the defences in the aforesaid Second Appeal. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
